Improve Your Well-being With Positive Psychology is a 5-week course to promote mental health and empower you to live a life filled with meaning. Given in English by the Association canadienne pour la santé mentale filiale de Québec, this course centres on the strengths in character and behaviours that can help you thrive in your everyday life.

Positive psychology is defined as “the scientific study of positive human functioning and flourishing on multiple levels.” Each 1.5-hour long session of this course in positive psychology will address one of the following aspects of the PERMA mode:

  • Positive emotions
  • Engagement
  • Relationships
  • Meaning
  • Achievement

Registration for this course is required because there is a limit of 15 participants. You also must be willing to commit to attending the course from start to finish.
