Join us for an informative videoconference session dealing with the subject of  Elder Abuse.  Mistreatment is a single or repeated act, or lack of appropriate action, occurring within any relationship where there is an expectation of trust, which causes harm or distress to an older person. It can take many forms and be intentional or unintentional. Sometimes mistreatment  can be  hard

to recognize or assess. It’s important for us to become more aware and protect ourselves and others from elder abuse,  ageism and mistreatment. Learn more about this important subject with  François Desmeules, CIUSSSCN Social Worker and Facilitator with the It’s Not Right! outreach program.

Registration is necessary so we can send you the log-in details prior to this event. Please email our community organizer to reserve your place.
