Join us for this timely community outreach session for seniors and their caregivers  entitled Important Telephone Numbers.

If you are busy supporting  a senior loved one you likely  don’t have time to spare searching for resources that could make everyone’s lives easier! Join us for this special commuity outreach session  to learn more about the special services offered when you dial: L’APPUI’s caregivers’ support line,   811, 211,   the Poison Control line number  and  Quebec’s Elder Abuse Help Line

Guest speakers: Audrey Martin, Liaison Coordinator with L’APPUI-CN , Helene Gagnon, Nurse with CIUSSSCN and Simon Durand, Coordonnateur du Centre d’information et de référence de la Capitale-Nationale et de la Chaudière-Appalaches will be on hand to explain their services and to  answer your questions.

Each participant will receive a FREE fridge magnet highlighting  important telephone  numbers every senior and/or caregiver should have on speed dial.

This activity is free and so is parking in the hospital lot. Please contact Jan Anderson, Community Organizer for more information or to register.
