Cafe au Lait Crew: Road trip? How to help your baby have a happy holiday too!

Join the Café au lait Crew on  Tuesday afternoons  at the Wellness Centre.  This is a relaxing, embracing space where you can benefit from parent-to-parent contact, encouragement, valuable information and  support from Shelley Dupuis, certified Breastfeeding Consultant with Allaitement Québec.  Each session has a theme. There’s a scale on site to check baby’s growth.   Everyone is welcome – including expectant moms. If you want to get out of the house and enjoy good company, please drop on by! You don’t have be breastfeeding to participate.

The next session is Tuesday, November 19 starting at 1:15 PM  and the topic is “Road trip? How to help your baby have a happy holiday too!” We’ll be meeting in the Multipurpose Room  on the main floor of the Jeffery Hale Pavilion (1270 ch. Ste-Foy, G1S 2M4) We’re pleased to announce that the front door of the building is now operational! Parking is free in the Jeffery Hospital parking lot. We will provide a voucher to use when you exit.
