Quality sleep is an important aspect of overall health and has a close relationship with our mental health. One important ingredient of good mental health is a good night’s sleep. Many people, however, have problems with sleep or need help to adopt good sleep behaviours. Don’t miss our Improve your Snooze Information Session.

During this session with Dr. Megan Daley, professional psychologist, you’ll learn about sleep, sleep hygiene, sleep disorders and be able to get answers to your questions about sleep during a Q&A.
